Layar Browser - Making Layers

There are three ways to create your own layer:

1. Create an account and confirm at layar.com/accounts/register/
2. Go to layar.com/development and click the “Become a Developer” link
3. Fill in the form and accept the terms and conditions to sign up
4. Click on “My Layers” (top right of the page)
5. Check our showcases for inspiration, then get started!

Publication

At the publishing stage, the layer is checked technically to make sure it works properly. Once the layer is live, we recommend making and sharing a video that explains its features and how it works. For inspiration, see what others have done on our YouTube channel.
