How do I install the Layar App on Google Glass?
Check here for step by step instructions on how to install Layar on Glass.

How do I use the Layar App on Google Glass?
To scan with Layar, we have developed a simple Voice Action. Before using it, Glass must be on and your display must be activated in order to start a voice action. To get Glass to wake up and listen, tap the touchpad once. Make sure that you point your Glass at the target object (e.g. print materials, QR codes, etc.) and say “Ok Glass, scan this.”

Please NOTE that it is recommended to check out this Layar App How To video to get yourself familiar with the mobile Layar App.

Interacting with Geo Content:

There are two recommended ways to launch a Geo Layer:
1. Scan a QR code generated using Layar intent that launches a public Geo Layer.
2. Scan some print material with an embedded Hotspot widget that launches a public Geo Layer automatically.

Once the scan is successful, the Geo Layer content will be loaded automatically in the display where each point-of-interest (POI) is represented by an icon. Swipe forward and back to go through all the POIs and relevant information will display on the screen. Swiping down will bring you back to the AR view.

When a Geo POI is in focus, the title of the POI will be displayed on screen. Tap the touchpad once to open the card actions which displays information associated to that POI. Tap the touchpad again to view the actions associated with that particular POI.

Interacting with Interactive Print Content:

After scanning Interactive Print successfully, please focus Glass on the item until the AR content is displayed. If you move Glass away, the Pop Out view will be enabled. Tap the touchpad with two fingers to switch between AR view and Pop Out view.

If only one AR button is shown, tap the touchpad to trigger the action associated with that button. If multiple AR buttons are shown, swipe forward to see all the available actions.

Please NOTE that if the app is not responding or Glass becomes too hot, wait for a while or turn Glass off by pressing the power button for a few seconds until a falling chime sounds.

How can I get help with using the APK and setting up the project?
