Common questions
What is a page?
A page represents a single item (e.g. a flyer, greeting card, poster, business card, etc.) that you can upload and add content to in the Layar Creator. You can upload JPG, PNG or PDF files. After you publish your page, your audience can scan that item with the Layar App to view the content you have added.
What does Basic or Pro mean?
Both Basic and Pro pages allow you to use the Basic, Media and Social button sets, and provide access to our Video Hosting feature for AR videos. Basic pages can be published for a maximum of 60 days, while Pro pages can be published for up to 6 months and include statistics for measuring and analyzing your campaign.
How do I purchase pages?
When you publish your campaign, you will be asked to purchase either Basic or Pro pages. Pro page credits can also be acquired in advance by purchasing one of our prepaid bundles, which help you save money on bulk orders of 10, 20 or 50 pages. Your invoice can be downloaded at any time from your account section.
Are there any special pricing deals?
Yes. We offer discounts on bulk purchases of 300 Pro pages or more. Please contact our sales team for more info.
